After sales warranty
All hardware components have a one-year hardware warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
5 years after sale service
A longer term after-sales service provided by Surin’s experienced technicians is also available. After the initial warranty period, hardware warranty is provided annually. Out-of-warranty repairs will be based on time and equipment consumed.
