Our test process not only covers the physical health of the system, but we also test the firmware and check that the software are installed and configured properly.
And finally the hardware and software solution package is tested together.

Installation and delivery at the customer’s premises is our duty.
After sales warranty
All hardware components have a one-year hardware warranty in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
5 years after sale service
A longer term after-sales service provided by Surin’s experienced technicians is also available.After the initial warranty period, hardware warranty is provided annually.Out-of-warranty repairs will be based on time and equipment consumed.
